Jill Fletcher

Jill Fletcher is the store manager at JewelRecycle’s Cary location. She has been working in the jewelry industry for over four decades. She has worked as a gemologist for several companies, including Tiffany and Company and Bailey’s Fine Jewelry.

This isn’t just a job for Jill; this is the career she has chosen, driven by a passion for gems, jewelry, and precious metals. She is a Graduate Gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America, a member of the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers, and has earned the Certified Gemologist Appraiser credentials from the American Gem Society, but her compassion and care for her clients are what make her such an incredible JewelRecycle representative.

Jill knows that all personal property has a story behind it, regardless of its net value. Emotions and memories are attached to these items, and Jill’s goal is to make clients feel comfortable by listening to these stories and then giving them the information they need to make their decisions.
